Palm oil set to rise in 2H as La Nina poses supply risk

Malaysia palm oil futures to average RM3,850-4,000 a tonne, says industry body

15/07/2024 (New Straits Times), Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia's benchmark crude palm oil futures are expected to average between RM3,850 and RM4,000 (US$823.53 and $855.61) per metric ton this year, a slight increase from the RM3,800 per tonne average in 2023, the Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) said on Monday.
