The media must become a strategic partner to the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC) to ensure every policy implemented can be disseminated to the people, its Minister Datuk Dr Khairuddin Aman Razali said.

Malaysia is not affected by Belgium's decision to ban the use of palm oil as a biofuel in the country starting next year, said Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC) Datuk Dr Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali.

The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government needs to formulate a clear policy, especially the jurisdiction for issuing license to sell oil palm products, for plantation operators and oil palm smallholders in Sabah.
