Weekly Palm Oil Price Up Further

29/08/05 (foodchina.com) - The palm oil price has continued increasingthis week the domestic ports and the trade volume has been the same withlast week. 20,000 tons of palm oil arrived at Tianjin port this week, withthe current stocks at 50,000 tons, and the current price at 4340 Yuan perton, up 40 Yuan per ton from last weekend. 5000 tons of palm oil arrivedat Zhangjiagang port, with the current stocks at 20,000 tons, and theprice at 4320 Yuan per ton, up 80 Yuan per ton from last weekend. Thecurrent palm oil stocks are at 55,000 tons at Guangzhou port, with thecurrent price at 4200 Yuan per ton, up 60 Yuan per ton from last weekend,and as 25,000 tons of palm oil will arrive soon, the price increase willbe limited.
