china ministry raises estimates of Feb. edible oils imports

18/02/2011 (istockanalyst) - China\'s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) raised the estimates of soya oil, palm oil and rapeseed oil imports by 30,000 metric tons (tonnes), 86,300 tonnes and 26,900 tonnes respectively over its previous forecasts made in late January.

Use of waste from palm oil extraction to fuel power generation

Initially, there was a problem with unsteady combustion temperature in boilers due to an inability to skillfully adjust the amount of moisture in the fuel, but this problem was resolved with experience, and the boiler now remains in stable operation.
