24/02/2017 (Reuters) - Malaysian palm oil futures fell on Thursday evening, charting a fifth session of losses in six and hitting their lowest in nearly four months as concerns persisted over rising production and weak exports.

Russia Decreased Palm Oil Imports By 12%

24/02/2017 (UkrAgroConsult) - Russia purchased 84.4 KMT of palm oil in December 2016, or 27.7% more than in the previous month (66.1 KMT), but 11% less than in December 2015. The rise in palm oil imports reversed their downward trend seen in the first months of 2016/17. In total, palm oil imports dropped almost 12% year-on-year in September-December 2016/17, to 316.4 KMT against 359.4 KMT at the same time a year earlier, reports UkrAgroConsult.
