Chennai, Jan 15 : Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (Tidco)signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cornell University, USA,on Monday, in the presence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M Karunanidhi,for setting up a biotechnology park in Chennai.
