As Kerala food secy, CVC had given nod for palm oil import on higher prices
23/11/2010 (Times Of India), Kochi - The vigilance case against the CVC P J Thomas dates back to 1991-92 when he was secretary, food & civil supplies, Kerala government. Congress's K Karunakaran was the CM and the state government had decided to import palm oil from a Singapore firm.
