19/02/2016 (Bernama) - The Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities, Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas had a discussion with H.E Christophe Penot, Ambassador of France to Malaysia in Putrajaya today. The discussion was held to express Malaysia’s concerns on the adoption of Amendment 361 to the Law on Biodiversity by the French Senate on 21 January 2016. This amendment will be further considered by the Sustainable Development Committee of the National Assembly tentatively scheduled on 1 March 2016.
