Palmolein Drops Below ₹500/10 KG
12/03/2015 (Hindu Business Line) - Imported palmolein and soya oil declined by ₹7 and ₹9 for 10 kg each pushing cotton refined oil by ₹2, tracking weak overseas futures which led local refineries to trim prices by ₹5-8 for palm and soya oils. On the Bombay Commodity Exchange, palmolein dropped below ₹500 – its lowest since February 5. Groundnut oil rose by ₹10.
