31/10/2011 (Business Recorder) - One ship arrived at the Port on Saturday, carrying Paraxylene and MEG at EVTL, Port sources said here on Sunday.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 14 percent at the Port on Saturday where a total of two ships namely MT Golden Ambrisia, MT SC Dalian, currently occupying berths to load/ offload Palm Oil, Paraxylene were handled.

Cargo handling operation were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume of 9693 tonnes, comprising 9693 tonnes Import and Nil Export, was handled during the last 24 hours.

MT SC Dalian sailed on Saturday afternoon.

M.V Acx Lily arrived on Sunday, the sources added.
