INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY TAKE CENTRE STAGE AT PIPOC 2025 EXHIBITION
27/10/2025 (The Edge Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur - This November, the global oil palm community will once again turn its attention to Malaysia as the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) hosts the MPOB International Palm Oil Congress and Exhibition (PIPOC 2025) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) from 18 to 20 November 2025.
PIPOC, the world's foremost platform for knowledge exchange and technological advancement in the oil palm sector, this year will convene more than 2,000 delegates, 100 international speakers, 200 poster presentaÂtions, and over 400 exhibitors. The event brings together industry leaders, policymakers and researchers united by a shared commitment to innovation and sustainable growth across the global oil palm value chain.
A Global Exhibition of Scale and Substance
Complementing the scientific congress is a large-scale exhibition of 429 booths, open to the public free of charge, offering visitors an immersive look into the industry's future.
The showcase will feature 205 Malaysian exhibitors and 57 international participants from 13 countries, including Germany, Indonesia, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Turkiye, India, and Singapore.
Leading plantation groups such as SD Guthrie Berhad, FGV Holdings Berhad, Genting Plantations (ACGT Sdn Bhd), Sarawak Plantation Berhad, and United Plantations Berhad will join local SMEs and technology providers in in showcasing innovations spanning upstream cultivation, downstream processing, oleochemicals, logistics and biorefining, and services.
At the heart of the exhibition, the MPOB Pavilion will highlight the organisation's Six R&D Focus Areas, supported by interactive e-posters, product displays and special contents curated for the visitors to experience and explore the nation's leading agricommodity.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the pavilion will be showcasing the agency's achievements and its historical growth in its role as the premier R&D centre and regulatory body of the Malaysian oil palm industry.
Daily Sawit Talk sessions featuring MPOB scientists and guest experts will deliver concise insights into emerging research, while interactive activities and student engagement zones aim to inspire the next generation of innovators.

The PIPOC 2025 exhibition is designed as both a commercialisation and educational hub a space where investors and entrepreneurs can explore new collaboration opportunities, while the public gains insight into the industry.
