JAKARTA, April 11 (Reuters) - Ministers from top palm oil producersMalaysia and Indonesia will visit major buyers India and China next weekto press for better market access, an Indonesian government official saidon Wednesday.Trade and Industry Minister Luhut Pandjaitan said he would travel withMalaysian Primary Industries Minister Lim Keng Yaik to India on April23-24 and China on April 25.Pandjaitan told reporters import policies in China and India werecausing a switch away from palm oil to soybean oil, mostly coming from theUnited States and South America.He said China restricted palm oil imports by imposing a quota andIndia's import duty on palm oil was much higher than that on soybean oil.Malaysia and Indonesia, the world's number one and two palm oilproducers respectively and traditionally rivals, agreed in February toform a world palm oil association to help lift palm oil prices from10-year lows.
