Malaysia keeps February export duty at 8% for crude palm oil

Today Online (13/01/2021) - KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysia kept its export duty for crude palm oil at 8% for February, a circular on the Malaysian Palm Oil Board website showed on Tuesday.

The world's second-largest palm exporter calculated a reference price of 3,657.67 ringgit per tonne for February.

The export tax starts at 3% for crude palm oil in the range of 2,250 ringgit to 2,400 ringgit per tonne, rising to a maximum of 8% when prices exceed 3,450 ringgit a tonne. REUTERS
