Isa Resigns From FGV Posts
20/06/2017 (The Star) - Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) has announced the resignation of its chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the biggest palm oil conglomerate in the country announced that Isa had relinquished all his positions in the group, its subsidiaries and joint ventures effective yesterday.
“FGV announces the resignation of Tan Sri Isa Samad from all his official duties in FGV and its subsidiaries, to pave the way for him to focus on his personal matters,” FGV said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
It said a member of the board of directors, Tan Sri Sulaiman Mahbob, was appointed acting chairman.
