VEGOILS-Market Factors To Watch April 15
15/04/2016 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures reversed course to fall slightly in late trade on Thursday, as export demand remained weak ahead of data on early April shipments.
* U.S. soybean futures fell nearly 1 percent on Thursday on profit-taking and softening cash markets following a four-session advance that lifted the spot May contract to an eight-month high, traders said.
* Oil markets closed lower after a choppy session on Thursday as the market processed a mixed report from the International Energy Agency and skepticism that an upcoming meeting of major producers would do much to tighten the supply demand balance.
MARKET NEWS
* Stocks across the globe rose to their highest levels since late December on Thursday and the U.S. dollar gained for a third day running as investors embraced risk ahead of top policymaker and oil producer meetings.
