VEGOILS-Market Factors to Watch Feb 11
11/02/2016 (Reuters) The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures reversed gains from a near 21-month high on Wednesday as bearish sentiment over weak exports overrode declining production.
* Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures firmed on Wednesday, edging higher on a round of bargain buying and short-covering a day after prices hit their lowest in nearly six years, traders said.
* U.S. crude prices fell 2 percent on Wednesday as stockpiles at the main U.S. delivery point hit record highs amid output cuts by refiners, while Brent rose for the first time in five days after global production cuts suggested by Russia.
MARKET NEWS
* Most U.S. shares ended little changed to lower on Wednesday, erasing early gains on concerns about global growth and sliding commodity-related shares, while greater calm surrounding the European banking sector boosted that region's shares.
