10/01/2015 (The Star) - PALMWIZ is back for the second year and this time there are more prizes to be won.

So test your knowledge on palm oil with The Star’s PalmWiz2015 online contest to win an iPhone, iPad or Huawei smartphone, together with free one-year subscription to The Star ePaper. The contest begins today and runs until Dec 31.

Go to palmwiz2015.thestar.com.my to register as a participant, then collect points by answering questions based on the selected articles featured daily on the contest website.

Participants can also earn more points by logging in daily and sharing the articles via social media.

There will be three grand prizes (iPhone 6, iPad Air, iPad mini), five main prizes (Huawei smartphone) and 60 consolation prizes (complimentary one-year subscription to The Star ePaper). The grand prizes and main prizes also come with one-year subscription to The Star ePaper.

Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail.

The PalmWiz2015 contest is an initiative by Star Media Group (formerly Star Publications (M) Bhd) to educate Malaysians on the importance of palm oil to the nation’s economy as well as to highlight the wide and various uses of palm oil, in edible as well as non-edible products.

Palm oil is Malaysia’s leading agricultural export, and the palm oil industry accounts for 7.6% of our country’s Gross Domestic Product in 2014.
