PIPOC 2015 To Take Centre Stage On Oct 6-8
17/09/2015 (Bernama) - The largest gathering of the global oil palm fraternity, the International Palm Oil Congress and Exhibition (PIPOC) 2015, is set to take centre stage on Oct 6-8.
The event, organised by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), will serve as a platform for industry members to meet and deliberate on various facets of the ever growing oil palm industry.
"Industry players can optimise this opportunity to network and discuss the latest innovations, updates and challenges faced by the industry globally," MPOB said in a statement.
PIPOC 2015, themed "Oil Palm: Powering the World, Sustaining the Future", will feature five concurrent conferences, as well as presentations by renowned speakers such as United Plantations Bhd Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Carl Bek-Nielsen and LMC International Chairman James Fry.
With more than 300 exhibition booths showcasing the latest technologies and innovations, products, equipment and services in the oils and fats sectors, PIPOC 2015 is expected to gather 8,000 trade visitors.
