16/07/2015 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets on Thursday July 16.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil eased on Wednesday, dropping away from a one-week high hit in the last session as concerns over slowing demand and rising supplies anchored the market.
* U.S. soybeans and wheat fell on Wednesday, pressured by investment fund selling tied to outlooks for drier weather in the United States and reduced export demand.
* Oil prices fell about 3 percent on Wednesday on expectations increased exports from Iran will add to a global supply glut and on rising inventories at the delivery hub at Cushing, Oklahoma.
MARKET NEWS
* U.S. stock prices slipped on Wednesday as weaker oil prices hurt energy shares, while uneasiness about a Greek government vote on whether it would accept tough terms for another bailout and protests against a debt deal spurred safe-haven bids for bonds.
