Indonesian Share Of Chinese Market Declines In Jan

JAKARTA, April 12 Asia Pulse - Indonesia's share of the Chinese marketfell to 1.09 per cent in January 2004 from 1.13 per cent in the same monthlast year, but the bilateral trade was still in favor of Indonesia.

The Indonesian trade attache in Hong Kong said trade between the twocountries was valued at US$780.37 million in January 2004, up fromUS$688.5 million in the same month in 2003.

China exported US$337.63 million worth of goods to Indonesia in January2004, up from US$270.16 million a year before.

Indonesia's main commodities exported to China include crude palm oil,coal, rubber and paper.
