13/01/2015 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets on Tuesday Jan 13.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures rose on Monday to hover near six-month highs on concerns over tight supplies in the No.2 grower after industry data revealed that end-stocks have dropped to their lowest in five months.
* U.S. soybean futures fell more than 3 percent on Monday, their largest daily decline since June, after a record supply outlook from the U.S. Department of Agriculture triggered investment fund liquidation.
* Oil fell 5 percent to its lowest in nearly six years on Monday, extending the second-deepest rout on record, after Goldman Sachs warned that prices would fall further and Gulf oil producers showed no sign of cutting output.
