New Britain Palm Oil: Sime Darby Plantation Extends Offer Period
06/01/2015 (RTT News) - New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPO.L) Tuesday said it has received a notice of variation from Sime Darby Plantation, further extending the offer period.
The notice provides that Sime Darby is extending the offer period from its current 90 days to 149 days. The offer will now remain open until March 20, and may now become unconditional by no later than March 27.
The extension is to accommodate the decision of the European Commission, being one of the remaining conditions for the completion of the offer, which is only expected by January 26.
