CB Industrial's Unit Signs RM105.5 Million Deals
15/10/2014 (Bernama) - CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd's unit, Modipalm Engineering Sdn Bhd, has signed contracts with Vanimo Green Palm Oil Mill Ltd and Merchong Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd worth RM105.5 million.
In filing to Bursa Malaysia Tuesday, CB Industrial said the contracts were for the design, manufacture, supply, install, testing and commissioning of civil, mechanical and electrical works for 60 metric tonne/hour Modipalm continuous sterilisation palm oil mills.
Vanimo's mill is located in Papua New Guinea while Merchong is in Malaysia.
"The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CB Industrial for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2015 and Dec 31, 2016," it said.
