25/04/2014 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.

FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures finished unchanged on Thursday, after declining 1.2 percent in the previous session as expectations of only a marginal increase in exports capped prices.

* U.S. wheat futures jumped nearly 2 percent on Thursday on concerns about dry conditions in the U.S. Plains winter wheat belt and some key production areas of Western Europe as well as worries about tensions in eastern Ukraine.

* Brent crude futures rose by more than a dollar a barrel on Thursday as mutual accusations of aggression by Ukraine and Russia raised concerns over future oil supplies, while strong U.S. economic data suggested higher demand.

MARKET NEWS
* Asian stocks struggled to rise on Friday, as the impact of upbeat U.S. economic data and robust U.S. tech shares faced off against fears of an escalating Ukraine crisis that bolstered the safe-haven yen.
