Researchers Fear Cooking Oil to Be Toxic

11/03/2013 (French Tribune) - Reports from Australia's health department have confirmed that some of the oil used for cooking might be toxic and can be life threatening. This is the latest revelation from Australian health researcher David Gillespie. The "recovering corporate lawyer" is known for his crusade against sugar.

In the latest book which he has published recently, he mentioned about vegetable oil available in the market which might be toxic and can cause death too. According to him, vegetable oil is consumed via 90 to 100 % of the food products available to us. These food products cause cancer and heart diseases.

The reason behind this is that these products contain a high amount of oxidisable fat which is medically known as Omega 6 fat. He further explained that our body needs Omega 6 fats for its immunity and that is the reason one needs to consume food which provides the required amount. These fats also help getting energy for day to day work.

However, things become fatal once the fat levels are above the required levels and thus complexity starts and chances of having a disease increases.
