Indonesia’s Kharisma Sells 7,000 Tons of Palm Oil
11/05/2012 (Bloomberg) - PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara, which sells palm oil from Indonesia’s state-owned plantations, sold 7,000 metric tons of the 12,500 tons it offered at an auction in Jakarta.
The following table lists the results of the sale yesterday, based on a tender result posted on its website. The volumes are given in metric tons, while prices are in rupiah per kilogram including a 10 percent value-added tax, unless stated otherwise.
Indonesia is the world’s largest producer of palm oil.
