08/05/2011 (Tempo Interactive) - Palm oil processing company Citra Borneo Indah (CBI) has invested Rp100 billion to build two new oil palm processing factories. The new factories are expected to boost production capacity.

“We invested Rp100 billion for the new factories,” said Citra Borneo Indah CEO Rimbun Situmorang during a media visit to the CBI plantation on May 5. The plantation is located at Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan.

The construction of the two new factories has already begun at the locations in Selangkung and Malata. “Each will have a production capacity of 60 tons per day,” said the CEO.
