03/02/2012 (Nigerian Observer) -  The Edo State Government in collaboration with the Federal Government Oil Palm Transformation Agenda has extended invitation to all oil palm growers from the three senatorial districts of the state to an urgent meeting with the officials of the State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, today, Thursday, February 2, 2012.

The statement signed by the Director of Agric Services, Mr. Anogie, on behalf of the Commissioner, said the purpose of the meeting scheduled to hold at the Engineering Hall of the Ministry at 10. am prompt, is to register oil palm growers in the state for the transformation project.

Each oil palm grower is expected to come along with four passport photographs, National Identity Card or Drivers Licence.

Participants were enjoined to be punctual.
