15/11/2011 (Daily Times) - Shipping activity remained active at the Port where four ships carrying containers, chemicals, palm oil and diesel oil were arranged berthing at Qasim International Container Terminal, Multi Purpose Terminal, Liquid Cargo Terminal and FOTCO Oil Terminal respectively during last 24 hours.

Meanwhile two more ships carrying palm oil and furnace oil also arrived at outer anchorage of Port Qasim during the same period. Berth occupancy was managed at the Port at 62 percent on Sunday where nine ships are currently occupying berths to load/offload containers, cement, rice, chemicals, palm oil, diesel oil, phosphoric acid and sunflower seeds respectively during last
