India Receives 20,750 Tonnes Of CPO During Feb 6-12
13/2/06 NEW DELHI (Bernama) -- India received 20,700 tonnes of crude palm oil (CPO) during the week ending Feb 12, 2006.
Of this, 12,250 tonnes were received at Kandla Port from the vessel "Global Neptune".
The cargo was loaded from Malaysia, said a report in the business daily, the Financial Express.
The remaining 8,500 tonnes were received at Chennai Port from the vessel "Global Triton".
The report in the column "Commodity Watch" did not mention the port of origin or the country from which CPO was received.
In the month of January 2006, India received 98,000 tonnes of crude palm oil, according to the portal Oilmandi.com, the financial daily, the Hindu Businessline, reported on Feb 3.
