NIGERIA SEEKS MALAYSIAN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR'S HELP
The Nigerian Regional Government was seeking a partnership deal withMalaysian to help bolster its agricultural sector. According to Adia StateGovernor, this will involve a joint-venture deal that would help raise theState rubber, oil palm, cocoa and cassava output. Adia State has 300hectares of land geared for plantations, especially for partnership deals.Currently the State has 1.6 million oil palm seedlings and another 4.0million to be made available next year.
