China-Malaysia Ties: Foreign ministers discuss cooperation, sustainable development
05.12.2021 (news.cgtn.com) - The foreign ministers of China and Malaysia met on Saturday, discussing the pandemic, trade and the Belt and Road Initiative.
At the meeting in East China's Zhejiang Province, Wang Yi and Saifuddin Abdullah also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the digital economy and green development. At a press briefing, Wang Yi said the core of the successful China-ASEAN relations is to enhance mutual trust, coordinate cooperation, and seek common prosperity. He said this is in the interest of all countries.
