Reuters (26/07/2018) - JAKARTA, July 26 (Reuters) -

* Indonesia will keep its export tax for cocoa beans unchanged at 5 percent and for crude palm oil (CPO) at zero in August, the trade ministry said on Thursday.

* August would be the second straight month that export tax on cocoa has been kept at 5 percent, while the tax on crude palm oil has been kept at zero for over a year.

* The taxes will be kept unchanged as government price reference for cocoa beans is estimated to stay below $2,750 per tonne and CPO below $750 per tonne. (Reporting by Bernadette Christina Munthe; Editing by Sunil Nair)
