17/07/2017 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures snapped three sessions of losses on Friday, rising off a one-week low on expectations that data from cargo surveyors to be released on Saturday and Monday will show higher exports. POI/
* U.S. corn and soybean futures jumped more than 1 percent on Friday on bargain buying after steep losses during the past two sessions, traders and analysts said. GRA/
* Oil rose 1 percent on Friday, boosted as U.S. crude producers added only two rigs in the latest week and on signs of increased Chinese demand, but trading was volatile as global supply remained strong. O/R
MARKET NEWS
* The dollar weakened and government bond yields fell to multi-week lows on Friday after a benign reading of U.S. inflation in June and soft retail demand raised doubts the Federal Reserve would increase interest rates later this year. MKTS/GLOB
