Egypt's FIHC Postpones Tender for Vegetable Oils -Trade
03/12/2015 (Reuters) - Egypt's state-owned Food Industries Holding Company postponed the deadline for offers for its vegetable oil tender to Thursday, traders said on Wednesday.
FIHC is looking to buy at least 10,000 tonnes of sunflower oil, 25,000 tonnes of soyoil and 5,400 tonnes of palm oil.
FIHC had set Wednesday as the deadline for offers and traders said it did not give a reason for postponing the date.
The sunflower oil is being sought for arrival Feb. 2-29 or March 1-20, while the soybean oil is for arrival Feb. 1-20 and/or March 1-20.
The palm oil is for arrival Jan. 1-20.
