VEGOILS-Market Factors to Watch Sept 17
17/09/2015 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures reversed earlier gains to a two-month top and closed down 2 percent on Tuesday, hurt by a technical correction following a sharp rally in the past three weeks.
* U.S. grains were lower on Wednesday, with both corn and wheat easing about 1 percent for their second straight session of declines on pressure from the advancing corn harvest and plentiful global grain supplies.
* Oil prices rose in early trading in Asia on Thursday after a large U.S. stock draw tightened the market, while traders kept a close eye to see whether the Federal Reserve would raise interest rates for the first time in almost a decade.
