Malaysia's April Palm-Oil Output, End-Month Stockpiles Higher
11/05/2015 (NASDAQ) - Malaysia's April crude palm-oil production and end-month stockpiles rose from the previous month, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board said Monday.
In its monthly report, the MPOB said crude palm oil output rose 13.3% to 1.69 million tons in April--the highest level since November last year. End-April palm-oil stocks meanwhile rose 17.6% from a month ago to 2.19 million tons, the highest level since end-November.
Malaysia's palm-oil exports were little changed in April over the month of March.
