June 21 2004 - THE Palm Oil Refiners Association of Malaysia will hold atwo-day course on refineries, crude palm oil purchasing, hedging,contractual and its operational aspects.

The course will start on June 22 aimed at providing participants with anoverview of basic and commercial aspects relating to the crude palm oiltrade, including the global developments and challenges confronting theMalaysian palm oil industry.

The course will allow speakers to share their valuable experience andfirst-hand information on the ever-competitive palm oil business.

It will also enlighten participants and offer networking opportunitiesamong speakers and participants.

Speakers include those from the Malaysian Palm Oil Association, theMalaysian Palm Oil Board, KL Palm Services Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian PalmOil Promotion Council.
