VEGOILS-Market Factors to Watch Sept 25
25/09/2014 (Reuters) - The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets.
FUNDAMENTALS
* Malaysian palm oil futures rose on Wednesday, fuelled by optimism that robust export demand amid easing palm production in September would help curb a rise in stockpiles in the world's second-largest grower.
* U.S. wheat futures prices jumped nearly 1.0 percent on Wednesday as a recent plunge to four-year lows encouraged investors to cover short positions after the lower prices sparked improved export demand.
* Crude oil futures on both sides of the Atlantic settled higher on Wednesday, shrugging off early losses after a report showed an unexpected drawdown in crude oil inventories in the United States, the world's largest oil consumer.

* Asian stocks rose early on Thursday, cheered by a sizeable overnight rebound on Wall Street, while the dollar resumed its advance after upbeat economic data undercut safe-haven bids and pushed yields higher.
