24/07/2013 (Economic Times) - Indian state trading company PEC has issued an international tender to buy 18,000 tonnes of palm olein vegetable oil, European traders said on Tuesday.

The refined, bleached and deodorised (RBD) oil was for shipment in August with a purchase from a vessel already at sea acceptable for part of the volume, traders said.

The oil should come from Indonesia or Malaysia. Bidding deadline is July 29.
