28/06/2013 (4-traders) - Palm oil producer New Britain Palm Oil Ltd (>> New Britain Palm Oil Limited), Thursday announced an agreement with Olenex C.V.--a joint venture between Archer Daniels Midland Company or ADM and Wilmar International Ltd--to supply ADM and Wilmar with palm oil.

MAIN FACTS:

-The agreement between Olenex's parent companies and New Britain Palm Oil includes the supply of palm oil from New Britain Palm Oil to Wilmar's Brake facility in Germany, as well as the supply of palm oil from New Britain Palm Oil's refinery in Liverpool, U.K., to ADM's Pura Food Ltd. operations in London.

-New Britain Palm Oil shares at 0916 GMT up 3.0 pence, or 0.5%, at GBP4.96, valuing the company at GBP741.2 million.
