Crude Palm Oil Marginally up On Spot Demand
29/05/2012 (Economic Times) - Crude palm oil prices edged up marginally by Rs 1.90 to Rs 580.40 per 10 kg in futures trade today as speculators created fresh positions on expectations of pick-up in spot market demand.
Further, a firming trend overseas also influenced crude palm oil prices at futures trade here.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for the May delivery rose by Rs 1.90, or 0.32 per cent, to Rs 580.40 per kg, with a trading volume of 44 lots.
