09/01/2015 (Hindu Business Line) - Prices of edible oils rose despite slack physical demand amid firm Malaysian palm oil futures on Thursday. On the Bombay Commodity Exchange, groundnut, cotton, soyabean and sunflower oil increased by ₹10 for 10 kg each. Palmolein rose by ₹4, while rapeseed oil was unchanged. Activities remained very limited in absence of fresh bet from stockists.
