Palm oil to Test Support, Rise
11/08/2015 (Hindu Business Line) - Malaysian palm oil futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower on Monday after Malaysian palm oil stocks rose to 2.27 million tonnes in July due to higher production and a slowdown in demand, figures from an MPOB, indicated. Cargo surveyor SGS estimated exports of Malaysian palm oil products for August 1-10 rose 57.5 per cent.

On the Bombay Commodity Exchange, soyabean, sunflower and cotton oil rose by ₹3, ₹5 and ₹1 for 10 kg each respectively. Palmolein declined by ₹2. Stockists continued to book fresh orders ahead of festival season.
